Over 15 years ago, she lost over 50 lb became a NASM certified personal trainer, Precision Nutrition Coach and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Master Mindset Coach.

 What is the price?

Because of this, it would be impossible to communicate the value via a website or text message. That being said, our program IS an investment and programs start in the mid four figure range.

 What is the commitment like?

The beauty of our program is that it is built for YOU and adjusts to your goals, lifestyle and needs. We work with ALL types of clients from stay at home moms, to students, to those who have really demanding careers. No two programs are alike and we make sure we get you the BEST results to work alongside your lifestyle.

  What if I don't belong to a gym?

No problem. We work with what you have access to or we guide you to buy small things for the home if we feel it will help you.

  What if I can't afford it?

If you're ready to commit, we believe that you will find a way to make it work. I know that sounds jarring to hear - but we have seen clients from ALL walks of life (unemployed, making minimum wage etc), MAKE IT WORK. Those that are determined find a way. Of course, IF we decide you are a good fit and YOU decide we are the best program for you - we will help you come up with ways to invest.

Although this program is a bigger investment up front it will save you YEARS of frustrating and tens of thousands of dollars on fad diets and products that DO NOT WORK.

  How are you different than other programs?

In Dream Body, Dream Life™ Jaime and her team GIVE you the decades of experience, knowledge and training so that you know once and for ALL how to lose and sustain on your own.

  Will my program include nutrition counseling? 

Yes! Your coach will provide nutritional education and personalized reccommendations depending on your goals. You will even learn how to make your favorite foods work FOR you.

  How long until I see results?

Ah! One question every trainer receives from new clients is “how long will it take for me to see results.” Trainers or fitness scams that promise results in ridiculous time frames are misleading and have greatly altered reasonable expectation.
Bottom line: results depend on several factors including genetic disposition, physiological adaptation to prescribed exercises, effort applied to each workout, consistency, proper caloric ratio and intake, nutritional quality and variety.

We keep track of your qualitative and quantitative data and look at it closely on a weekly basis to ensure you are on track!

 When I’m a client, can I call and ask my trainer questions at any time?

Communication is at the forefront of our programs. We always tell our clients "RUN TO US, NOT FROM US" . On the strategy session, we will go over all the ways you will be supported in this program

  Can I workout every day?

You can, however your body needs rest. Remember, when you strength train, your muscles grow when you are at home, resting. It is recommended, if you are new to exercise to start 3 to 4 times a week at roughly 20-30 minutes. Once you're body adapts, then we ramp you up to 5-6 days, with one of those workouts being an active recovery and one day off to food prep and set yourself up for success.

  Can’t I just do cardio and lose fat?

This is dangerous because too much cardio can eat away at muscle tissue, not good! Cardio is great for your heart and overall well being. However, to maximize your calorie burning, you need muscle! Muscle is the furnace that burns body fat, continuously!

Your program will be strategically designed for your RESULTS - it may/may not include cardio.

  How does Online Coaching Work?

Online Coaching can be done anywhere. You don’t need to meet me face to face, (although we will be "meeting" several ways virtually).

Online coaching is my proven fitness coaching service that requires me to draw on my knowledge of exercise and nutrition from over 10 years experience and designing training programs, nutrition and weight loss coaching that will help you achieve your goals and transform your body in an effective, sustainable method. Each program is constructed on a bespoke basis, based on the information you disclose in your questionnaire including injury history, current fitness level, your access to fitness equipment and your personal goal.

  How effective is Online Personal Training really?

As a former in person Personal Trainer & Coach, I can tell you that Online Coaching is WAY more effective. In person coaches are only able to provide you with "hourly" coaching whereas in our program you have support whenever you need it.

More importantly, many 'trainers' are not certified in nutrition and may not be giving you the best advice and guidance for your goals.

  I've tried so many things... I am scared to fail at another.

The reason you have "failed" is not your fault. You didn't have the right strategy or plan. Every single client you see on this page ALSO felt the same way. If they can do it, so can you!

  I have injuries, can I still train online?

YES!!! We can work around the injury to make sure you're keeping your strength and helping you create the habit of showing up to workout!

  I’m a client, can I call and ask my trainer questions at any time?

I strongly encourage client and trainer communication! Phone/Video calls should be a scheduled appointment based on the service plan you choose. I strive to deliver the highest level of service and this is why I personally accept only a limited number of clients (overflow goes to other TCF coaches) and why phone or video chats must be scheduled in advance. One of the primary advantages to working with me is the ability to instant message your trainer right from the mobile app 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All TCF coaches reply super quick as well!

  How come the scale shows me as being heavier, yet my body fat is less?

Well, your muscles use glycogen to perform resistance training. So are you start to weight train, your muscles will use store more and more glycogen. This in turn can make you heavier. Also, keep in mind, while a piece of muscle and fat both might weigh 5IBS, fat takes up 3 times as much space as muscle! Would you care if you were 5 IBS heavier , yet dropped two dress sizes? Also keep in mind your hydration status can greatly effect your weight!

  Can I workout every day?
